1. When would the first payment be?
Your first payment would be due at the beginning of the month following the one you signed up on. The payment is in advance. So if you signed up on the 16 March your first payment would be due on the 1st April.

2. How do I pay you?
Payment is made by debit order.

4. Do updates cost anything?
Broker Firms can change the details, add a new Broker (depending on number of Brokers – see PRICING), and change Brokers details at any time at no cost. Just Logon and update as you wish!

5. Do I have to do the updates?
Using your Username and password to log onto your page and doing the changes yourself is the easiest and quickest way to update your details. You can also e-mail or fax changes through to us and we can do them for you. Please use a company letterhead when faxing changes through and include a contact person in all communication.

6. How do I get the information to you?
You can e-mail info@brokersearch.co.za or fax us at 0866841421 (Fax to email)

7. I want to put my company logo and a photograph on my site?
It’s easy to include pictures and logos on your Firms and Brokers details. Just email them through to us at webmaster@brokersearch.co.za with all the necessary particulars and we will size them and insert them onto your listing.

8. Can someone come round and explain it to me?
You can contact us on 011-8866284 or e-mail us at enquiries@brokersearch.co.za

9. Can I put a company banner ad on your site?
Email advertising@brokersearch.co.za with your advertising requirements and we will contact you with relevant pricing.

10. What if a new Broker starts at the firm?
Contact us with the Brokers particulars and the Broker can be added via your company page using your username/ password logon either by you or by one the brokersearch.co.za team. 

11. What if a search is done and there are no Brokers listed.
Contact us at search@brokersearch.co.za with your search requirements and one of our consultants will get back to you with an answer within 24 hours.

12. Our Broker firm would like a website, how much will it cost?
Email: enquiries@brokersearch.co.za with your web requirements or to get someone to contact you.
